NOTE: We keep resumes on file but encourage people to contact us again if a position comes up that is of interest.

WAM Theatre is proud to offer paid apprenticeships for emerging women-identifying theatre artists from historically marginalized groups.  For our Fall 2024 production, we are seeking two emerging POC theatre artists (designers, stage managers, directors, dramaturgs, etc.) who will be paired with a paid professional mentor.  This program is intended as a pipeline into the field for college/MFA graduates or those with a similar commitment to the field. As such, this program sets mentees up for full production positions in the 2025 and 2026 season when they will also have the opportunity to be paid as a mentor for the next class of apprentices.

For more information and to submit your resume for consideration, please contact Associate Artistic Director, Talya Kingston: talya@wamtheatre.com

Testimonies from our 2020 Apprenticeship Program can be found here.

This program is made possible by the support of the Brabson Family Foundation.
