Angela Santillo

Angela Santillo is a writer, teaching artist, and sometimes performer. She’s on a mission to create stories that grab people’s attention in unexpected ways. Selected Writing Credits: Pushcart Prize nominee (Exposition Review); three-time nonfiction residency recipient (Vermont Studio Center). Selected Theatre Credits: Plays performed in New York City, San Francisco, and Chicago; performed at ZSpace and LaMama with foolsFURY Theater; adjunct professor at Saint Mary’s College for documentary theatre making. Community Engagement/Activist work: Board member of The Motor Company (NYC), creator and lead teacher of Play On, their free playwriting summer program for kids.
