ABOUT WAM’S ELDER ENSEMBLE

In 2019, WAM Theatre proudly launched our much anticipated Elder Ensemble – a performance group for a cohort of women over age 65 led by experienced WAM Teaching Artists. In collaboration with WAM’s Teen Ensemble, the 2019 Elder Ensemble created and performed FRACTURED DREAMS. This devised performance toured four venues throughout Berkshire County, premiering at WAM’s 10th Anniversary Gala. In the years since, the Elder Ensemble has continued to cultivate community and create original theatre, continually adapting to the joys, griefs, gifts, and needs of this generous cohort.
