Andrea (she/her) was born and raised in Brazil. She draws from her personal experiences as a Latina overcoming barriers in corporate America, and as a global citizen living and working across multiple continents and cultures, to inspire and motivate others. She has a passion for supporting under-resourced communities to shape a new paradigm of leadership engagement that makes diversity & inclusion, and environmental & social responsibility, a reality in the workplace.
