Marketing Consultant

Laura owns Laura Roudabush Consulting and specializes in strategic marketing and fundraising communications for nonprofits and arts organizations. Before joining WAM as Marketing Consultant in 2017, she served on the WAM Theatre Advisory Board from 2012-2015. Since 2002, Laura has worked in marketing, fundraising, and communications for a variety of organizations, predominantly in the nonprofit performing arts sector. Before starting her own consulting firm, Laura spent seven years as the Director of Marketing for Barrington Stage Company, the award-winning regional theater in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, where she oversaw all aspects of marketing. During that time, she was the recipient of three 1Berkshire Trendsetter Awards for both her work at Barrington Stage and as a Co-Founder and Steering Committee Co-Chair of the 10×10 Upstreet Arts Festival. She received her Master of Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Richmond in Virginia. Laura is thrilled to work alongside the talented team at WAM, who share her passion for the arts and her commitment to social justice.
