Upon purchasing your ticket(s) online:

  • You will be sent an email confirmation from WAM Theatre.
  • This email will include a link to the digital performance page, and your assigned password that enables you to watch the digital performance.
  • Access to the streamed performance will only be available during a specific date and time. Please check the confirmation email carefully to make your plans accordingly. We ask that you do not share your access with individuals who have not purchased a ticket.
  • After the specified digital performance closing date and time you will NOT be able to watch the digital production. No exceptions allowed.
  • WAM Theatre uses Vimeo as a hosting platform for our digital performances. You do not need to create an account on Vimeo to watch the performance via a computer. If you would like to watch it on your television, you will need to create a free Vimeo account and have a Roku box or Apple TV service. You will want to add the Vimeo Channel to your Roku or Apple TV service.

What is Vimeo?

Vimeo is similar to YouTube but without the advertising. WAM now has its own “channel” on Vimeo that will be connected to via our “watch” page so that you can view the digital production. Again, you do not need a Vimeo account to watch via the internet with a computer.

Can I stop and start the video of your digital performance? 

No, WAM’s 2022 readings are streamed in their entirety at the specified time on the ticket.

It’s taking a while to load the video, what’s going on?

Some digital productions are large video files. It can take a few minutes to load and start playing large files. If it is taking longer than 3 minutes, you may need to check your internet connection strength. Using a 5G internet connection is optimal. You may also want to turn off and on your wifi connection to refresh it, or just completely restart your computer altogether. Also, doing the same with your internet router can strengthen your connection. You can also try looking for answers at the Vimeo Help Page. If you are still experiencing trouble, contact WAM Theatre as noted above. We will try to help you troubleshoot your situation.

Can more than one person watch a digital performance with one passcode?

Yes. Multiple viewers can watch with the one passcode, but please remember all ticket purchases were per person not per household, unless you purchased a higher ticket price knowing additional people would be watching. Consider purchasing additional tickets if more people than expected will be watching.

Can more than one person watch it at different times?

Yes, you can watch it at different times, in different places, or all in the same house.
