WAM is looking for a new home-base! Can you help us find it?
During the pandemic we made the decision for our team to work remotely, and we moved out of our Lenox office space/s. Working remotely helped WAM remain flexible, and enabled us to move through the pandemic without laying off our hardworking staff and artists.
Now WAM is ready for a new physical location where we can gather with our team to exchange ideas, and collaborate with our artists and community partners.
We are excited to find the space where we can continue to grow, and build upon the strong foundation we’ve created over the past 13 years.
In the short term and long term WAM is seeking
- Short Term: a large, flexible, accessible, landing space. Our work requires workspace/s for our team and access to high speed internet. We are hopeful to find something bright and clean with a sunny disposition that echoes WAM’s ethos. We want this to be a space where we can gather together, and a place where we can work in a community of other forward thinking, values aligned businesses and creatives. Currently our location preference is for Central Berkshires. Lastly, we seek a three year rental contract with a budget of $1k/month (with In-Kind Donation and/or Sponsorship covering any additional costs).
- Long term: We are manifesting a location with everything listed above, but where in addition to the flexible office space, we also have access to an event space and theatre storage, all under one roof.
We hope to move into this space by June 2022 at the latest.
