Hia Ghosh (Zoe, Far, Far Better Things) is an actor, dancer and graduate researcher at UMass Amherst.  WAM Theatre: debut. Theater Credits Elsewhere include: Beatrice’s Dragon, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Aurash, Dance Nation, Witch, Monuments of the Future, Cafe Subterrain (UMass, Amherst), To Serve The Hive (Theater Between Addresses), and roles with Bread and Puppet Theatre, Northampton Playwrights Lab, Play Incubation Collective, and Not Ready for Bedtime Players. Background and Training: Growing up in India, she trained in ‘Bharatnatyam’, performed Tagore’s works and also appeared as a child actor in movies like ‘The Namesake’. Etc: When she’s not acting, Hia researches and practices inclusive pedagogy in computer science classrooms of all ages in the Valley!
